A sightseeing helicopter crashed into the Hudson River near Manhattan today, Thursday, April 10, 2025, around 3:17 PM EDT. Tragically, all six people on board were killed.

Witnesses reported seeing the helicopter break apart in mid-air, with parts, including the tail and propeller, coming off before it crashed into the water. There were also reports of loud noises and smoke.
